I am trying to limit myself in posting.

I was wanting to know. We are renting through one agent.,& the owner has the house for sale through another company. I find it pretty stressful. They call up to say we have someone coming to look at the house, Usually I have to stop what I am doing. I have my set days for preaching and other daily chores., but they seem to be pretty demanding.

Especially when the kids are home on school holidays. Or I have to take them to school. I feel I carter enough to there demands. Keeping the house tidy.etc. I loved to know if I can do anything in a tactful manner. I am also looking to find another place to live, but nothing has come up yet. I hate the thought of having to pack and move again. The house has been on the market for 2 yrs and we have been in it for 1 yr and it has termites and needs a lot of repairs, its like an old minors shack thrown together. any advice please?

I have worked in the past in Real estate and also rentals, legally they have to give you

7 days notice to bring someone through, and legally they should put it in writing, but

they dont do that .. they tend to ring up and get someone through asap. but you dont

have to let them, legally. How when does your rental lease run out? as this may be

an advantage too you or a disadvantage, i have had people come though a house i was

renting it is really hard to keep it looking like a display home all the time, but you can

limit the reps coming in or you can suggest you prefer to have a home open once a

month and they may agree to it rather then having people though at any time, it would

be better for you and they would have a date that they know they can show people, remember

you do not have to let them in all the time, 7 days notice, I hope this helps
