Is there anything you can't fashion in a drink form? Here is another recipe that tastes like its namesake. Put one oz of vanilla vodka in a shaker with one oz butterscotch schnapps and 1 tsp grenadine plus 3 ozs pineapple juice. Shake over ice and strain then pour into a martini glass. Lip smakin' good! This is one of our Happy Hour specials that is not heavy on the alcohol content but is more for women I think (or at least that is who's buyin' them.) Carrot Cake 1 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream I oz Butterscotch schnapps 1/2 oz Goldschalger (or any cinammon schnapps or vodka) Shake over ice and strain into a short glass Need I say more?
