So instead of 'for better or for worse', it'll just be 'for better and for better' :-)

If people want to wait, that is terrific! The apostle Paul gave his personal opinion in 1 Corinthians 7 making the same sentiment. I know brothers and sisters who just have no interest in marriage.

I couldn't do it though. Singleness is not for me.

Frenchy, I just read your profile, I lived in Southington Ct for two years before we moved here in Maine. Plus my parents are deaf too. Well my mother passed away about 30 years ago but my father and step mother are still alive and deaf.

When we go back to Southington maybe we could meet for coffee or something.

We don't. People may still choose not to get married, even in the new system.

There is even some indication that resurrected ones will not (), but that is another discussion.

As you can tell by my lack of posts....I have been busy with my married life. Things are slowing down now and life is getting back to normal. I'm living in BC, Canada which is a long way off from my family and friends in Charleston, SC. I dont miss the heat, but I sure miss them. I'm enjoying married life (I dont like being single) but I do miss my girls. I cant go back until I get my landed imigrant status which will be the first of the year. Then I want to go for a month!!!!

It was 90 here in Ohio last week. The last few days it has been 55. I am already missing the heat

Glad to hear that you are busy enjoying married life. While we have missed you here (I think you rank #2 in most posts made besides me) we certainly understand. When you are passing through the states, you should visit us Ohioans. I'd be happy to have you, Pamie, Micah, and more over at our new house.

thats the first time i've heard that the resurrected ones might not get married,then again it might make sense bcos they might be still being tested,well if not inthe new system, maybe in this system,any single brothers out there? just kidding!

Sorry I haven't been around as much as I like to be, but I am getting married May 1st and have been very busy planning everything and getting things packed. Pieter is coming April 26th and we will be here until the 18th. then I will be moving to Cold Stream, British Columbia...Eh! I love it there. It is a smaller place than I'm used to and I'm really looking forward to the mountain living and the change of seasons. I'm also looking forward to being spoiled by my sweet husband. He is such a good brother and loves me to death. We really make a good couple. He balances me out, which is something I surely need.

I may not be around as much as I would like for a month or so, but once I get there and all settled in, I'll be annoying Bob, Gloria and the rest of you all the time once again. Don't forget about me.
