Wow that is too funny. Brother Percy was a missionary in Japan after world war II. He was giving a talk at a convention and he had not mastered the Japanese language at that time.  He was discussing John 21:17   Where Jesus told Peter to "Feed My Sheep"  Brother Percy said and I quote: "Jesus told peter Eat my Sheep."   He said he knew something was wrong because he saw jaws drop and eyebrows shoot up.  So he paused and said it again  Eat my Sheep.  More jaws dropped and more eyebrows went up and then someone close by said You are using the wrong verb.  Then he restated it correctly.  Too funny.

About JWTalk.net - Jehovah's Witnesses Online Community

Since 2006, JWTalk has proved to be a well-moderated online community for real Jehovah's Witnesses on the web. However, our community is not an official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or maintained by any legal entity used by Jehovah's Witnesses. We are a pro-JW community maintained by brothers and sisters around the world. We expect all community members to be active publishers in their congregations, therefore, please do not apply for membership if you are not currently one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
