Party for Teenagers

Anyone had a party for 20 - 30 teenagers??

My 17 yr old has been invited to so many other events this year (some of which I've had to say no to) that I've decided to give him a party.

 

So I have a 17 year old (he will have most of the friends), a 15 year old (5 friends)  and a 13 year old (2 friends).

 

I plan to have another support person here to help me.  It's winter here so they'll be in the back yard with one of those outdoor fires, music, lighting, and lots of food.

 

Suggestions are most welcome.

Just the things you mentioned sound enough - add hot dogs and smores and your all set. Man, i want to come! Have fun

Ask some pioneers to come. They have cool stories to tell kids. Perhaps this will set the direction of the party.

Fires in the winter are cool! Food is awesome year round :-D

Being that they are teens, they will be happy with food, music, and socializing. If you try to set something up like "pin the nose on the snowman" you will be voted worse mom of the year, lol.

Definitely invite more older people. Maybe and elder/wife. Start the evening off on a good note, by having him say a prayer with a couple of friendly reminders.

The rest sounds awesome my kind of party.
