I enjoy the fellowship, seeing people's experiences, being encouraged by others and what they have overcome, and especially appreciate the assistance I have had from other individual brothers and sisters in finding things I have had a difficult time finding in my own research.

Yes it is a good thing, no matter where we live! In my city, there is debate going on now w/City Council and County Commissioners who want to allow for re-zoning for this very purpose. We'll see what the future brings, but I am not worried-my refuge is Jehovah and Jehovah is in FULL control! Barbi

Hello to all, It is truly a sign of the last days. We see it all happening just as Bible prophecy foretold. Everyone has different difficulties, but as we see these increase, it drives home the point of how close we are to seeing Jehovah's name sanctified! I get chills of thrilling expectation when I see things in the news, and live through these times. It will truly be interesting to see how it occurs that money is worthless and thrown into the streets. We will see much worse happenings before it is all over, but then the heavenly armies will ride. And oh...what a ride. I want to see it! I want to see how Jehovah lets every living creature on this planet know that it is by HIS might that this earth is being cleaned...so when I see the gas prices driving up everything else, I quote, "Raise yourselves erect and know that your deliverance is near!" Look at this year's text-look at the encouragement to draw ever closer to Jehovah and our brothers in our recent issues. The urgency is speeding up.... Barbi

I've had Western Diamondback, Sidewinder,Timber and Mojave Green Rattlers...no matter how you cook it, what do you know, it still tastes like chicken....only tough and stringy.. I used to live in Southern Calif, went hiking a lot... So you found snakes when hiking and then ate them? I don't know where to try to find it. There is a restaurant in Denver but they serve it as an appetizer with chipotle sauce and I want to taste the 'chicken' meat! What I'd really love is some rattlesnake stew.

LOVE Sushi Rolls, too. Have only had a few bites of sashimi but will try more. LOVE LOVE LOVE Rocky Mt Oysters, or what you call Prairie Oysters. Prepared right, so delectable. Want to try rattlesnake but having a hard time finding it.

I was interested to see this thread. When rumors first began circulating that he could be a Witness, I looked up the lyrics to the CD he was promoting at the time. While they had snippets of phrases someone with the truth would be familiar with, the entire message and tone of the lyrics/CD didn't convince me. I also saw the YouTube posting with the chemtrails, voting comment. My opinion is just that, only my opinion. If someone on national television asked me why I didn't vote, I would sure say more than "I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses and we've never voted." If there was a better opening for talking about God's Kingdom, I haven't seen it! I'm sure he still has to promote and do some things to keep his music heard by the powers that be, but with all the money he has made in the past, if a person really felt this was the truth and had the means, wouldn't it become the sole focus? I could be completely wrong here, just stating the feelings I have had when I see him or when I hear him say things like he is a Witness. I remember years ago seeing a photo of him in People magazine lying on his stomach with a New World Translation. Anyone could do that. It is between him and Jehovah and I truly hope he is a brother. My feelings stem from the principle spoken by Jesus, "by their fruits you will know them."
