I found RT, CNN and Al Jezeera most biased. (Al Jazeera is viewed as Qatar propaganda arm and got banned in few countries for biased views on Hamas, Muslim Brotherhood, and anti Israel views ..etc - since October 7 attack it got even worse.) RT is outright propaganda tool of Russia. CNN can't stand Trump. In relation to PBS, yes they are biased but not as much as 3 main ones above. Interesting read about PBS here: https://www.allsides.com/news-source/pbs-newshour-media-bias#what-this-rating-means Despite instances of left-leaning story choice, reviewers from the left, center, and right noted many instances of balance. Awake magazine had an excellent article on this subject. Readers were encouraged to meditate on those questions: PROVIDER: Does the report come from a credible, authoritative person or organization? Does the program or publication have a reputation for seriousness or for sensationalism? Who provide the funds for the news source? SOURCES: Is there evidence of thorough research? Is the story based on just one source? Are the sources reliable, fair, and objective? Are they balanced, or have they been selected to convey only one point of view? PURPOSE: Ask yourself: ‘Is the news item primarily to inform or entertain? Is it trying to sell or support something?’ TONE: When the tone of a news item is angry, spiteful, or highly critical, it suggests that an attack is under way and not a reasoned argument. CONSISTENCY: Are the facts consistent with those in other articles or reports? If stories contradict one another, be careful! TIMELINESS: Is the information recent enough to be acceptable? Something thought to be correct 20 years ago may be discounted today. On the other hand, if the news item is a breaking story, it may lack complete and comprehensive information. Sorry - lets just go back to PS discussions or news - no need to reply to this post.

That wasn’t my point, sorry did not explain properly. When I read CNN I gloss over any negative articles about Trump because I know they are anti-Trump. I will not waste my time. Same with Al Jazeera if they publish article about Israel, especially negative I would choose not to read it. Political issues and comments are very biased on any network. I prefer to stick with current, factual information presented there. Example of factual reporting is something like this: Zelensky to meet Trump on Sunday, Magnitude 6.7 earthquake in Japan etc. Simply saying I do not read biased reporting or articles.

Putin calls European leaders ‘little pigs’ and says Russia will achieve Ukraine goals by diplomacy or force. Russian leader says aims of its ‘special military operation’ will be met ‘unconditionally’ “If they do not want a substantive discussion,” he said, “then Russia will liberate its historical lands on the battlefield.”https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2025/dec/17/ukraine-russia-war-eu-european-council-frozen-assets-zelenskyy-europe-live-news

2 programs instead of 1 , seems more complicated to me. -
I use AI quite extensively to run math and probability models for projects I’m developing. For example, I’m currently designing a card game, and tasks like playtesting costs, market behaviour, runaway leader problems, swinginess, and overall balance would normally take months, if not years of testing by real players. With AI handling the heavy mathematical analysis, that process now takes just a few days, or at most a couple of weeks. After running 40 playtesting background tests AI could not find any faults any longer. All routes to Victory were viable and even. AI is able to identify weak points very quickly - because AI is very good on math in comparison with other areas.

In the security policy document (NSS few days ago) Current US administration identifies Drug Cartels as enemies - not Russia. The U.S., which has been an interventionist power globally since the end of the Second World War, is shifting its focus to the Western hemisphere, according to the document — which Peskov noted does not refer to Russia as an adversary, unlike previous iterations. The document also casts doubt on whether some European nations are reliable long-term members of NATO. The alliance was forged between the U.S. and European nations to counter an expansionist Soviet Union at the end of the 1940s. UK's enemy is Russia.. those two approaches do not align. Putin regards the UK as Russia’s most implacable adversary. https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/russia-war-putin-war-hybrid-cyber-b2880798.html Allies act together and have same enemy. Something does not add up.

Shawn: It seems that USA and UK are not aligned together anymore like before .. just look at differing actions and opinions on how to end the war in Ukraine. Also recently published Security official document of White House is closely aligned with Russia , not the UK . Russia has welcomed US President Donald Trump's new National Security Strategy, calling it "largely consistent" with Moscow's vision.https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cpvd01g2kwwo So it looks like Trump's administration and KOTN are cozing to each other, while at the same time UK is sticking closer to France and Germany in relation to Ukraine conflict. Does UK and USA have the same line of thought in relation to Ukraine, the answer is "No" Maybe, technically in principle on paper they are "aligned" but definitely they are drifting apart buddies, when it comes to real decisions and real actions ..

Although there is a lot of "noise" about USA and UK recently ... (and looks like USA and UK do not share the same view on Ukraine's conflict) Tom Homan, President Donald Trump’s border czar, said he no longer considers the United Kingdom a reliable U.S. ally after reports that it halted the sharing of intelligence on suspected drug-smuggling vessels in the Caribbean over concerns about the legality of recent military strikes. Homan told reporters when asked about the reports, first published by CNN: "I don't think the UK is a friend to this country and friend of the president. I don't think there's skepticism." He went on to say, "I'm not in my lane. I'm a border guy, that's a question for Pete Hegseth or the Secretary of State."https://www.newsweek.com/trumps-border-czar-says-uk-not-us-friend-venezuela-11050636

If Jehovah cuts the attack on religion to spare us, how do we end up in prison? Especially when we go low key after that … the only logical explanation is that this happens later when we start preaching “hail like message” some may be taken to prison for short period of time because Jehovah react to Gog almost immediately… hmmm so much we don’t know … so much ….

Ukraine has said a "common understanding" has been reached with the US on a peace deal aimed at ending the war with Russia. The proposal is based on a 28-point plan presented to Kyiv by the US last week, which American and Ukrainian officials worked on during weekend talks in Geneva. In a post on social media, US President Donald Trump said the original plan "has been fine-tuned, with additional input from both sides". He added: "I have directed my Special Envoy Steve Witkoff to meet with President Putin in Moscow and, at the same time, Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll will be meeting with the Ukrainians."

The White House says the few issues remaining in talks to end the war are “delicate” but “not insurmountable”, as leaders of France, UK, Germany and Turkiye meet virtually to solidify European position on peace. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that following the talks in Geneva, “we see many prospects that can make the path to peace real”.

How will God’s people fare at that time? Jesus explains: “In fact, unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the chosen ones those days will be cut short.” (Matt. 24:22) As we considered, in 66 C.E. the tribulation was “cut short.” This allowed “the chosen ones,” anointed Christians, to flee the city and its environs. Likewise, the initial part of the future great tribulation will be “cut short” because of “the chosen ones.” The political “ten horns” will not be allowed to annihilate God’s people. Rather, there will be a brief respite. W15 7/15 I get this idea from the publications. (unless our understanding changes in the future - for now it is a "brief respite") Also please note of this: When will the current preaching work end? Jesus stated: “This good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (Matt. 24:14) The Greek word translated “end” in this verse, as well as in verses 6 and 13, is teʹlos. It refers to the final end of Satan’s world at Armageddon. (Rev. 16:14, 16) Thus, we will continue to preach the good news until just before that final end. This adjusts our earlier understanding. Previously, we understood that we would stop preaching the good news when the great tribulation began with the destruction of Babylon the Great. (Rev. 17:3, 5, 15, 16) This event, we believed, would mark the end of the figurative “year of Jehovah’s goodwill.” (Isa. 61:2) We also felt that those who would survive the great tribulation would prove their devotion to Jehovah before that event. We compared them to the Jews who survived the destruction of Jerusalem in 607 B.C.E. These individuals had been marked for survival earlier because they worshipped Jehovah and hated wickedness. (Ezek. 5:11; 9:4) That comparison, however, does not harmonize with Jesus’ words found at Matthew 24:14, which indicate that people may have the opportunity to respond to the good news until just before the final end at Armageddon. Our clarified understanding of Matthew 24:14 also adjusts our understanding of the hailstonelike message foretold at Revelation 16:21. Further examination has revealed that the two scriptures complement each other. How so? The answer lies in how people respond to the Kingdom message. To “those who are being saved,” wrote the apostle Paul, the message is good news, “a fragrance of life.” But to God’s enemies, it is bad news, “an odor of death.” (2 Cor. 2:15, 16) They hate the Kingdom message because it exposes their world for what it is—wicked, ruled by Satan, and headed for destruction.—John 7:7; 1 John 2:17; 5:19. Note, too, that the symbolic hailstorm will be “unusually great.” This suggests that during the great tribulation, the preaching work may become more hard-hitting, that is, Jehovah’s name will be made known as never before. (Ezek. 39:7) At that late point in time, after the destruction of Babylon the Great, will some be drawn to the message as to a sweet fragrance? This is quite possible. Perhaps they may recall or learn that for many years Jehovah’s Witnesses had announced the end of false religion. W25

This is how I see it also: None of this will go unnoticed by our enemies. Under inspiration, the prophet Ezekiel explains what Gog of Magog, a coalition of nations, will do: “This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says: ‘In that day thoughts will come into your heart, and you will devise an evil plan. You will say: “I will invade the land of unprotected settlements. I will come against those living in security, without disturbance, all of them living in settlements unprotected by walls, bars, or gates.” It will be to take much spoil and plunder, to attack the devastated places that are now inhabited and a people regathered from the nations, who are accumulating wealth and property, those who are living in the center of the earth.’” (Ezek. 38:10-12) Spiritually speaking, God’s people will stand out as unique, “in the center of the earth,” as it were. This will be too much for the nations. Yes, they will be eager to attack Jehovah’s anointed ones as well as their associates. W15. This means: The preaching work is clearly identifiable Jehovah’s people are united and noticeable The nations can observe their prosperity and spiritual security So the nations respond to an active people with an aggressive attack. This does not fit a scenario where the Great Tribulation drags on for years, during which activity collapses or becomes unnoticeable. 🎯 ANY THOUGHTS HOW OUR ACTIVITY IS "ON" AND NATIONS TOLERATE THIS FOR YEARS? And why they tolerate it? This last questions are not designed for controversy but for a meaningful reasoning where all can learn and contemplate different scenarios. It's important to acknowledge that we are living in a stage of last days just prior to GT where even FDS often says: "we don't know" so no personal argument/reasoning takes priority over that.
