What app does your SMPW team use for scheduling? We schedule through Google appsheet and excel, and then post the schedule on a telegram channel. I saw this one app, JWCart.org, which is designed for both LPW and SMPW. Has anyone tried this yet?

JW Stream has a new look. They also separated public talks. It has titles and speaker indicated.

Yeah. It is. Figured it out when I also asked another elder if he saw it, and he said no and I noticed that I was indeed part of one of the convention departments. I still think it is pretty cool that we are utilizing cloud solutions now. It is very practical.

Has anyone noticed a new addition in JW HUB, JW Drive? According to its help section, it is based on Nextcloud. Maybe soon, we can integrate congregation files there. Very interesting. Edit: I think JW Drive showed up because I was added to a new domain. Maybe this is not new after all.

I realized that it reminds to submit reports for the current month, like it reminds us now to submit our March reports and we're still in the middle of March.

NWPublisher still reminds publishers to submit their reports even if they already submitted them. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it a bug?

This is so true. There is an elder in our congregation that wants to be a regular pioneer. He has a full time job and feels that his schedule would not allow it. He was searching for months for the kind of work that would allow him to pioneer, but did not find any. But when the announcement on new hourly requirements was made, he and his wife applied to be regular pioneers. And then just this month, he found the job he was looking for and resigned on his full time work. Very encouraging.

I have not used the tiny model yet, but I used the small, base, medium, and large. I find that medium is the most accurate for almost all of my meeting audios including the non english ones. I tried the small and base models to make it faster, but there are a lot that I need to correct. Thanks for the instructions by the way. I might try it if I can run it overnight with my computer.😁 -

I have been using Google collab so much that it came to a point that I can't use their free GPUs anymore. I was using it to transcribe 10 meetings per day. I have almost 1000 recordings from JW stream to transcribe and I have done around 200 already, and now I am only doing around 10-15 per week so that it won't limit my usage anymore. -

I have been using google collab. I do not know how to run it on my own computer yet. Is it much faster? I have an RTX2060 GPU. -

I have been using WhisperAI for months. I've converted most English talks and even some Tagalog ones from jwstream to text. It is incredible. -
On the part where you select the locations, you can click on the right where it says edit and a new window pops up where you can add, edit, or delete locations. I added a screenshot for a more visual representation.

I think that only applies if you are the COBE or Secretary, if I'm not mistaken.

Subtitles in jw library

The new update of JW library has the option to enable subtitles. But it still depends on the video you are watching if subtitles are available.
