Interesting scientific article on the protective nature of mucosa

This is your typical scientific article with all the jargon .. But it is interesting how phage living in the mucosa protect us from infection... There is a symbiotic relationship... Isn't evolution such a wonderful designer ... Lol.. Not...

I can remember when bacteriophages were treated like science fiction .I read accounts of individuals going to other countries for treatment for uncontrollable bacterial infections and phages were used.Sometimes the treatment did not work,because you have to have the right phage that will eat that bacteria.Sort of like Lego pieces fitting together of something I believe.I think it's really fascinating.Viruses are the most plentiful 'things' or 'life' on the planet.Jehovah put them in place for continued life on this planet.Hopefully we'll someday learn the why's of such creations.
