I love chili rellenos, I've had it made with roasted Anaheim peppers ,those are so good.Poblano peppers are easier to get where I live though,at the farmers market...maybe for you to.

I will certainly try this one soon--maybe in Sept or Oct where the over won't compete with the AC.  I love casseroles and I love the pabolano peppers.  It sounds yummy!

Well I made it, @Nancy I could only find Anaheim chilies, the roasting brought out the flavor, I could not find ancho chilies so I used some chili powder, came out perfect.

@leslie this did heat up my house LOL but it was yummie.
