The Sun's Magnetic Field is about to Flip

This will be interesting it could signal the Aurora visible once again in places further south, I've only seen it a couple of times here, so here's hoping !!

I did not know this occurs once every 11 years - very interesting. I am going to have to look for news reports from 11 years ago - as I don't remember this.

its new to me as well Jerry, to me it would seem like a huge event so I can't understand why I've not heard of this before !
