Things have been happening in the news lately that no one can deny.

It struck me the other day. I usually read most major news articles and they often featured horrible things, but now I literally turn away when I see certain headlines. Things have become so awful that even those like me who regularly watch the news can't.

I spoke to several people about the news in syria and people have been turning their tv's off. They just can't handle it.

Don't read on if you don't want to know as details are mentioned.

I never watched the report but there was apparently an awful one about a chemical attack and children were lying dead while others were writhing in pain as people tried to save them.

Then another story which someone told me about, a story I had been trying to avoid (I had seen it on the BBC headlines) tells of a boy in china, I believe he was 6, he was kidnapped from his yard and found 3 hours later with his eyes gouged out, his eyeballs lying in the street. They had had their retinas removed. The poor child was the victim of what can only be described as a harvest.

Just when you think you have heard or seen the worst imaginable thing somehow the world finds a way of outdoing itself.

Since this is not a news article, but a discussion about the news, I will move it to the appropriate forum.

I saw that on the news in China. A woman did it. Supposedly for organs.

That poor boy.

I don't like watching the news anymore either.

Especially when you see children affected so often.

Its bad & demo. Sickening.

But one point I did realize the other day was. I have been out of the loop for a while.

A rep in the Philippians. He was trying to hook up my internet.

He had said they had typhoons he couldn't go home as his place was surrounded by flood waters

He stayed at work. He asked what do you do. He was board.

So I said go to our website Jw.org look for the bible what does it teach.

I mentioned what had happened in Japan.

He was keen to download the book.

He said he is a member in a Church teaches kids.

I Also mentioned about the kids video.

He was wrapped.

Some days are hard to go preaching. But if someone calls &they are from India or just trying to sell something.
