Not sweet potatoes but it is still really good!

Does anyone like kale chips?  I was hesitant to try them at first,  but we all LOVE them now!  Take your kale and rinse well and pat dry with paper towels. Using kitchen shears cut the thick stem out from the middle or tear around the stem and place them in a bowl and lightly coat with olive oil or mist them with a mister then lightly sprinkle sea salt on them.  Pam spray a cookie sheet then place them in a single layer and bake them at 375 for 10-15 mins or until edges turn a little brown.  Oh so good and healthy except for the salt.

Do not know what happened. Cannot type on what I quoted that you said. Love kale chips. And, I know there is a recipe that is a bit fancy for kale soup. But I stem it, cook leaves. For some time. Until it is tender, and the put the hot sausage in it, then, some potatoes. The new, red ones are best. Both my husband and I love this simple soup. Never mind how good kale is for you. Thanks for the kale chips reminder!
