jw.org on galaxy note?

So I finally got a tablet, downloaded JW.org, and a screen says I need to download

lightshot, has anyone heard about this? I could use some help, I thought I could

just download Jw.org. and I would have it.

I'm a little confused. You don't "Download jw,org" it is just a website that your browser takes you to. You have to have an Internet connection to view jw.org and use the Watchtower online library, download publications, etc.

 

So maybe "lightshot" is an add-on for your browser? I'll see what I can find about it.

 

EDIT: From what I can tell, it is an app for making screenshots outside of your browser. You certainly don't need it to access jw.org

As jw.org is a website that you visit through a browser - like this site , i don't understand what you mean by "downloading " it. Could you clarify what are you downloading? Also, perhaps a link to what you are downloading would also be helpful.

By downloading I went to the app.store and put jw.org in the search and I was able to download the app

Is that not the way to do it?

That "app" is just something a brother put together as an interface to jw.org, you still have to be able to connect to the Internet to use it. So you really don't need it. Just put "www.jw.org" into the address bar of your browser and it should take you right there, again, you need an Internet connection to do this.
