Remember to set your clocks back tonight 

In most of the USA, we will “fall back” this Sunday, November 3, setting our clocks back one hour as Daylight Saving Time officially ends at 2 a.m. and we return to Daylight Standard Time.

There are a few exceptions. Hawaii, Arizona, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands don’t follow Daylight Saving Time, so they can ignore the time change as the rest of us sync back up with them.

At 2:00 AM local time, the clock is moved back to to 1:00 AM

Canada follows the US lead -except Saskewan-where they are stuck in a time loop. Bye the way, I believe  it was a Brit engineer who developed time zones.  He messed up with Newfieland ( New found land ) where time is off by 1/2 hour from rest of Atlantic Canada
