No no quiet. Sorry Peggy. I am referring this in the event of a disaster. Its an easy way to get a fire going and keep it going even with damp wood. These are great tips for keeping warm in an emergency situation. That all night fire idea would keep you warm all day or all night. The torch idea is a quick way to get water boiling if you can't or don't have a way to purify it.

have you seen these, here you can get a slightly different version which is a bit cheaper, it would be great for a go bag

Lol I don't have one of these Greg, I was just being encouraging by showing it knowing me I would loose my go bag in a flood, tornado.... or any other disaster it is meant for !
