Anyone had a cold shot for a migraine?

I have been dealing with migraines for 20 years started using medication 10 years ago imitrex is what it was .started reading about herbs and supplements and now I take heavy doses of b2 magnesium and fever few now I get a migraine every 5 or so months its worked better than my imitrex prescription and doesn't have imitrex after effects.

That is what I want Navco, to go down the route of herbs and supplements because the drugs aint working like they used to, and I don't want to step up my dose there.  My pharmacist once recommended magnesium and feverfew combo too, so I'll chase that up again.  It has to be a super strength dose to do anything for migraines, doesn't it, as it's not like just having leg cramps.

I'm also interested in the other ideas floated here regarding pillows and neck massages.

only when it comes to the b2 supplement that mi taking 20000 to 40000 percent of the rda requirement.

I took that pillow back and showed them what it was doing. I thought maybe there was something wrong with it. Nope they gave me the wrong one. So I have the right one now. Got that on Saturday. I had a mild head ache but nothing close to what I have been having since. I think I finally have what I need to get rid of 80% of them. Now just need the rest of my body replaced LOL
