Windows-based epub annotation - any good programs?

I am using Moon Reader + in my android-based smartphone and would like to also use the epub format for conducting the Watchtower study. The problem is that in Windows I can annotate, highlight, etc., in Foxit Reader. I just know of no good program yet that will highlight and annotate an epub document under a Windows operating system (I have a Win7 laptop and a Win 8.1 tablet).

 

Any suggestions that have worked for you?

I have been using Sony reader for windows and it does a fair job, but I am looking for a new program for my Twist with Win 10, thanks for the ideas.

I, too use reader+ for my android devices... For my windows based laptop I use Chrome extension for epub called Readium.

on my desktop running windows 10 I use Google Books to mark my WT and add notes.

Then before I go out make sure I check my android tablet Google Books and after it updates all the notes and marking for answers are there

While waiting in the car for my wife to return from shopping (NO internet connection) having added some notes or marks. (On my tablet)

Get home allow Google Books to update.

Crank up the Desktop and open Google Books Its all there

Great Program (Also it works well ,with I pad)
