Pineapple Zuchinni Bread

I just finished making two loafs of this.  Have not sampled it yet but it smells lovely.  I am making a pineapple glaze to go over it.  Have you ever added a package of vanilla instant pudding to your recipe?  It makes it really moist. 

 

I liked a chocolate zucchini recipe I had but can not find it.  There are plenty on the web but do you have a favorite? 

 

It makes me feel like it is cooler outside when I bake or make soup.  Isn;t it funny what tricks your mind can play on you!  Just setting the scene lends so much to the feel of things.

I wish I liked zucchini bread more. Maybe this recipe will change my mind. 

 

And soup recipes are starting to infiltrate my brain. Soup is a perfect food.

Pineapple Zucchini breads sounds so good! I don't see a link to the recipe though (hint, hint) Would love to try and make this!
