Palestinians, Vatican Could Raise UN Flags Before Pope Visit

Just a side note: The UN established the first set of 15 year goals in 2000 and apparently plan to launch a new set of development goals every 15 years.

If you never reach the goals you've already set - time to scrap them and try a new set.  It's like the UN has attention deficit disorder, can't stay with one thing long enough to accomplish it.
