Thank you Pauline, but I am trying to manage this on a shoestring.....

about.com has free worksheets for all grades. You can segue from first to second. It is a little more work on your part to sift and pick. I hope you have a ball meeting with other home-schoolers.  What ever you do, your grandchild will be far ahead of public school students.
