Pressure Cooked Beef Ribs

I like ribs but have never thought of myself as cooking them very well, I like the meat to fall off the bone and well, I miss the mark on that.

Until last week. About 4 months ago I received my Power Pressure Cooker XL- after watching the infomercial a bizzillion times and reasoning if it's something I'd use enough to warrant buying it- so I dragged it out last week and followed the recipe that came with the cooker. Wow were they ever incredible, some sauce, garlic, onion! Served over Greek rice with Broccoli. 

So today I had out about 5 pounds of beef short and spare ribs. I wanted a 'gravy-like' juice left over so I made about 3 cups of cream soup and added a quart of onion soup to them. Cooked for 40 minutes, look what happened! Joy, happiness, deliciousness....just look at those ribs! And the gravy? Ohhh, I wish you could smell it in here! I'm going to freeze a jar of it and the other 2 pints we'll eat this week! Oh man, I just had to share, Tracey I thought of you when i made this!!

We have a healthy dish with the beef here which can be call as boiled beef with vegetables..
