I know an elder who handles meetings and preaches in that prison.

It's really a unique permission and great results have already been accomplished. Someone has already got baptized after knowing the truth there.

It seems to be a very liberal prison; there is a mosque in there too as well as a quality restaurant where the public can book a table!
