Ham and Black Current Glaze

I have about 15 different glazes I use for hams and use them in rotation.  Yesterday, I used a 6 oz jar black current jam and mixed it with 2 cups brown sugar, 1/2 cup of  honey bourbon , 1/3 c molasses, and a bottle of real coke with 1 tsp Hot Sauce.  Mixed all together and simmered approx 10 mins then poured on ham and baked approximately 2 hrs on 350.  Removed the ham and thickened with a corn starch moisture to make an amazing gravy for the mashed potatoes.  Before making the gravey I removed about 1/2 c to use for sandwiches today.  Our company said 'just give me a glass of gravy please!"  Soooo good!
