I'm having trouble finding any information on what a "blot echo is."  Most all the results I'm finding are taking me to ALT sources.

I did find this:  http://quakewatch.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Real-World-Advances-in-Forecasting-‘Significant’-Earthquakes-Part-1.pdf  It appears to be a paper written by Ben Davidson.  This paper appears to be legitimate research this man is doing in quake prediction analysis.  Maybe he is onto something.

On the other hand, I tend to look at any information after that fact about a "prediction" rather skeptically.  It's easy after the earthquake happened to get charts and graphs together and claim to have predicted it before.  It would go a long way toward credibility if I could read the predictions in advance of the event or at least be convinced the prediction was indeed made in advance of the quake.

The lack of any legiitmate documentation on this Ben Davis and his blot echos leaves me skeptical.  But the paper I linked to above looks like it has merit.  I'll have to read that paper more closely and see if it holds up.

For now, though, I'm open to the idea that this Ben Davidson might be onto something and that he might have figured out a positive advance in earthquake prediction.

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.

I encourage you or any to view the evidence with an open mind and many things seem scientifically appear sound.

He is an imperfect man who have some interesting ways to do what he does. I respect his ideas.

You or anyone else have to come to your own conclusions.
