Hi, I am trying to help a brother and sister in the congregation move their videos from the Device memory to the SD Card on their Samsung Tab A. I set JW App to save videos to SD card and then moved the videos from the Device to the Card using file manager but now JW App can't seem to 'find' them.   I can move them back to their original position but how can I change them properly without having to download them all again? Can anyone help?

If you're referring to the videos on the home screen that are used for field service, like Why Study the Bible, etc, you cannot transfer those to the SD card, and instead, those have to be redownloaded, as the app reads them in a special way on the device. However, all the others can be transferred to the SD card, and the app will read them again with no errors. I've done this myself, and it works.

There is an app called All-In-One Toolbox that had a tab you could select, and it would search your device for all programs that can be moved to the sd card, and with your permission, it would do it automatically. It was useful with Lollipop. (Android OS is now more user friendly than earlier versions with this process.)

This may be if help with the older version of Android. It also gave you more working memory on the device.
