JW Library Sign Language App

Hello friends,

I just joined the site and I can see already that I am going to LOVE it!  I am having a problem with the JW Library Sign app.  I am trying to set it up for a deaf sister.  She has a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 running 5.1.1.  So I started by downloading the app from the Play Store as usual.  Downloaded A LOT of videos. I'm talking over 50 gb!   Then the app started crashing.  It opened and got to the bible screen then gives the dreaded error "Unfortunately JW Library has stopped working"   So I tried clearing the cache as others have recommended but it still crashed.  Then the only thing I was left with was to clear the data.   So naturally that meant that I lost all of the downloads.  I reinstalled the app and it stopped crashing.  But here is my question...

Has anyone been able to figure out how to be able to load the SD card with the videos and have the app recognized it.  I still have all of the files however when I select a scripture for example it wants to download the file.  To re-download all of the files would take a lot of time and internet!  Has anyone had success with this problem?

Hey there Sister Kay! Welcome to the Forum ... while I've not had that problem, my deep interest in NZSL gives me an interest in your question as well. So I'll bounce in and out so I can get the answer to this as well, should I go down the same track.
