You might enjoy this collaboration between Joe Bonamassa and Eric Clapton.

Great choice. Also give the Tedeschi Trucks Band a listen too. They both had solo careers, toured together and then got married. This song is off their first album. It's a great song! Midnight In Harlem is the name of the song.

One of the most beautiful voices that sadly many found out after her death at age 33 from a very aggressive form of cancer in 1996. Eva Cassidy is such a joy to listen to. These two songs always remind me of my grandfather and how much I miss him. He died when I was 9 in 1969. Not one days goes by when I don't think of him.

Eva Cassidy performs Somewhere Over the Rainbow and What a Wonderful world. Death is such a cruel enemy music helps heal our wounds but the painful scars are there until the new system.

If you ever get a chance to see Junior Brown in  concert, you won't be disappointed. Some of his songs are real funny, others are just fun to see him play his "guit-steel" double neck guitar, a hybrid of electric guitar and lap steel guitar. Here he is playing
"Surfing Medley" a non-vocal but fun guitar riff filled song!

A great song from 1976 by Henry Gross. He wrote this song about Carl Wilson of the Beach Boys upon learning that Carl's beloved dog "Shannon" had been killed by a car.

Another great song from 1989 off that same Phil Collins album "...But Seriously". Great song and video! Song is called "I wish it would rain down".

I remember seeing Head East open up for Heart on New Years Eve 1979. Heart had sold out 3 shows to close out the year in Seattle. I enjoyed the music of Head East and was excited to see them live. To be honest I was disappointed. They really played sloppy and seemed out of sync. Even their best known song "Never Been Any Reason" was a mess. A local band that I went to school with did a better job.

This song from the album "A Different Kind of Crazy" was released shortly in 1980, though recorded in 1979. They did not perform any of the songs off it during the concert. The record was out for less than a month before I found it in a "cutout section" at a store in Tacoma, Washington.

What's a cutout album? Record album corners were cut, or records had holes punched in them, to denote them as "cut-outs" or "non-returnable" items, typically unsold or damaged stock, which were then sold at a reduced price, sometimes referred to as "bargain bin" items.

This group in 1979 was the best lineup the band ever had. But sadly the lead singer John Schlitt was addicted to drugs and was fired. I thought the album was pretty good. It's sad what a music career can do to you as a person. Schlitt got over his drug addiction and changed his life.

This is my favorite song from " A different Kind of Crazy" by Head East 1979. "If You Knew Me Better"---

Wow. That's the first thing I said when I heard this song. I found it first on Instagram where I saw just a photo of Michael Minelli (the singer) at a table that had a sign asking if you have ever had a broken heart. The gentleman steps up, sits down and puts on headphones and hears a heartbreaking song. Michael Minelli performs "Memorie We'll Never Make"-
