Oh my! Apologies for this,  will not post anything that's not verified in the future....thanks for the heads up!

No need to apologize, you just didn’t know. The voices in the song sound like friends in our original songs, especially the brother.

The Hebrew word cushi or kushi is an affectionate term generally used in the Bible to refer to a dark-skinned person of African descent.

Yes, now that you mention it, my brother. Thank you very much.

This has been floating around for some time. I don’t think it’s Celine Dion or George Benson but it’s a beautiful song nonetheless 🙂

Well, I've heard that this duet was Philip Ingrahm and Sheila Hutchinson. Have you heard differently?

Many years ago - to the dismay of the U.S. Branch - George Benson released a CD entitled "George Benson and Friends" where he invited several musicians (read: JW's) for this album, i.e., Larry Graham, the late Prince, Sheila Hutchinson, etc.  Here's another

song off that album where some voices are quite familiar.  :)

I have heard from an elder that was visiting from California a couple of years ago say that if we hear a brother that sounds like a celebrity (can’t remember the celebrity he mentioned) in our songs he’s the brother of that celebrity and that he knew the brother. It probably is James Ingram because he was a celebrity that had a witness brother who lived in California. That doesn’t sound like Sheila Hutchinson though. Could be wrong.

Now let’s go back to about 250 years ago. This is a ballad about Love and war at that time.

The music sounds like it should be in a movie.  Beautiful ballad and very mellow.

Mendolin Rain:

My father used to love this song back in the 80's; I cared for nothing else but listen to Micheal Jackson, Lionel Richie (etc):

Now that I'm in the same general age my father was back then, I find myself drawn to that kind of music (don't know how many times I've been replaying  this song): I guess it's some kind of "poetic justice".

"Listen to the tears roll, than my face as she turns to go"....that' s a deep line, and what a way to end a song...

If you take away the music from this song, you’d have an awesome poem.
Add the music and a beautiful voice and it’s a masterpiece.

If you don’t believe me , keep the headphones on from the last song , and sit back, close your eyes.....think of where that music, and those lyrics came from......Someone’s imagination.

Now, Imagine billions of perfect people, each one with a different imagination.
What else can you imagine? :coffee:
