Christian jukebox (good clean music to listen to)

Recommended Posts

I like most genre of music. I especially like country rock and country blues.

the lead singer and lead guitar player, Toy Caldwell, also wrote the song.

Susan Tedeski is a good vocalist for this genre and the band with Derek Trucks is very talented. Listen to the keyboard player  do a flute solo,.....beautiful. He passed away recently. Another great talent in the new world.

I know it’s a little late but I’m posting a second song to make up for not posting anything Sunday. I was supposed to post a second song last night but I fell asleep

Ain’t no mountain high enough - Marvin Gaye (feat. Tammy Terrell)

This song always reminded me of the truth along with a song Nick Jonas wrote when was younger at 11/12 (he wrote and performed this one at just 15 about his diabetes) called Dear God. Glad he and his brothers are back together and happy, they've always been a clean and positive band with likeable and scandal-free personalities, can't wait to see them on tour :)

Sorry Brother, the video cannot be viewed from where I'm am. Only in US, I think. Anyway, I really liked the Stylistics and I'll try looking on youtube for the song ' You are everything'. Thanks.

Ok, I found it. It's been a long time since I listened to this classic song. Powerful female vocalist.

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

Hi Anne, the stylistics had a great sound. There was no female in the group. Just 4 guys. The high tenor voice is lead singer Russell Thompkins Jr. :D

These guys were great vocalist. I don’t know which voice I like better of these two.

Love this version of “Try a little tenderness “

Especially half way through when it kicks into gear. :coffee::thumbsup:

The intro and video is dated but the song is classic. Great tune! “Easy to be hard”.
