no login needed;  anyone can lookup their congregation's circuit number (or any other congregation's) in just 4 clicks:

1. Visit  apps.jw.org/DONATE

2. click the third orange tab "My Circuit Assembly"

3. click the Donate Now button

4. click the blue text link "Continue without using an account"

now you can search by name or city!  clicking a result will show you the Circuit name and number as well as the Kingdom Hall it uses for weekly meetings. (if you want to know when this congregation next has an assembly, copy the Circuit name into the Assembly section of the meetings lookup tool)

edit: if you're wondering where the "apps.jw.." link came from, it can be found from the JW.org homepage, at the bottom:

About JWTalk.net - Jehovah's Witnesses Online Community

Since 2006, JWTalk has proved to be a well-moderated online community for real Jehovah's Witnesses on the web. However, our community is not an official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or maintained by any legal entity used by Jehovah's Witnesses. We are a pro-JW community maintained by brothers and sisters around the world. We expect all community members to be active publishers in their congregations, therefore, please do not apply for membership if you are not currently one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
