A brother and his wife (Brad & Teri) from our congregation just got back from Florida working for the disaster relief. Brad was mentioning about some of their activities and xperiences.

I mainly focused on the ones where people could not believe that everyone working was strictly volunteers...NO One was getting paid for 5ge amount of work that was being done.

one person thought it was a very large construction company, then later the food started to arrive. He decided that was no construction company as they don’t feed their employees, and he had to find  out who was doing all the work. 😁😁😁😁😁

What an encouraging morning in the Ministry.

But for me that was only one high point.

Than the sister says says that they would like to get some of the friends together to help out our elderly, handicapped, mostly homebound brother and his wife (Ipswich1940—right now a lurker ☺️☺️☺️). Cleaning up the yard and helping clean the house.

Right now there’s only 4 possibly 5 (Ross) that are willing to do this.

Others are are too busy apparently casting judgement because Br. & Sis Moore don’t go to meetings or service. Believe me, they want to be there.

But if they’d take the time to visit, they’d quickly find out, Br. Neil Moore can barely walk (uses 2 canes or a walker), he walks like a snail 🐌.  Hard to move legs when they are packed with water.

Betty has her own health issues.

Actually the list of health issues is WAY too long.

all their health issues leave them with barely any physical strength.

Sorry for venting but I’m so happy for Teri and Brad.

And Ross reminded me that she was going to talk to the brothers about getting a g4oup together. May Jehovah bless her 💜💜 as well. Q
