Big storm with hurricane winds rip through Ontario

3 people died on when scaffold blew over in Toronto. It hit a pedestrian and one where a man tried to move live power lines off the road and got electrocuted. A third when a tree toppled over on him on the sidewalk. Hundreds of thousands in damage. It cut a wide swath all the way from windsor through Toronto sarnia and into niagara region. Winds were clocked at 122 kph around KW and is Cat 1 hurricane status.

My niece in St. Maarten lived through Irma and Maria last year, and she was shocked at how much damage there is here from "only" a Cat 1 hurricane.
