Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Found this on Pinterest a few weeks ago. I altered it with coconut flour once- nup don't like that one. Then used Buckwheat flour. I loved it. the recipe calls for 1/4 cup flour per batch, I made a double batch (for Br. Chuck and us) and only used 1/4 cup for both. (Since it's denser means use less therefore less carbs). I had a left over Brat and a piece of steak so chopped them up too and added it to the burger. Oh and because I'm a vinegar person I added extra mustard. This is so good I can eat dill relish on it too!

I hope you try it, it's amazing. Today is my 3rd time making it.

BTW- Br. Chuck eats potatoes and onions but resists any other veggies. Tonight he happily tottled outta here with his 9x11 pan of cauliflower casserole, none the wiser!
