BBQ Shredded Beef

Recommended Posts

This is good for a small crowd.....

BBQ

At night before you go to bed:

Put a large London Broil in the crockpot on low with one can of Campbell's Beef Broth soup. (Not beef consome.)

Don't add water.

Cook all night or about 8 hours or until it's falling apart.

Next morning:

Take out beef and cut off fat. Mash meat with a potato masher. Drain liquid from crockpot and put in the fridge for the fat to

congeal. Put shredded beef back in the crockpot and add one 28 oz. bottle of Bulls Eye Original BBQ sauce. Cook on low.

Add reserved broth (skimmed of fat) and strained as needed for right consistancy.

Serve on good quality rolls, split in half.

About JWTalk.net - Jehovah's Witnesses Online Community

Since 2006, JWTalk has proved to be a well-moderated online community for real Jehovah's Witnesses on the web. However, our community is not an official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or maintained by any legal entity used by Jehovah's Witnesses. We are a pro-JW community maintained by brothers and sisters around the world. We expect all community members to be active publishers in their congregations, therefore, please do not apply for membership if you are not currently one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
