Overnight in London - city sights possible @ night??

We will be returning from IC in greece

and have an overnight in London

rather than staying in the airport for 12 hours

we were wondering if it was possible to get a nighttime sightseeing tour/taxi

just to let the kids stretch their legs and maybe get a few photos and a bite to eat

 

what might be open 

 

( flight lands around 9:00p.m. and leaves @ 10:00 am next day

 

is this possible....?
