I remember when I was about six and I asked my mother how we knew Armageddon was coming and she said that we would see it in the news. I thought Larry Kane, a Philadelphia anchorman, would be announcing that Armageddon was here. I would look back on that little girl and laugh at my child self's understanding. It wasn't too far off.
