Climate Change is being brought before the International Court of Justice(ICJ) in The Hague in Netherlands this week, James Hansen and 3 other experts will be joining a panel of discussions regarding a key issue in whether international law requires nations to phase out production, distribution and use fossil fuels and otherwise pay damages to the most vulnerable and hardest hit of nations.

According to James Hanson months ago and other prominent scientists we Have already reached 1.5.

A rare event is happening with the polar vortex right now in the Arctic North, there are two scenarios happening.

 

First, a high pressure in Greenland that will deliver cold and snow to Europe

Second, a high pressure in the far north of Alaska will deliver very cold temperatures and Ice to eastern Canada and US.

 

It’s unknown how bad it will be, but be prepared for the worst as the forecast is looking of 2-3 weeks of extreme weather.

Preliminary is showing that January 2025 is hottest January on record.

 

This new report by Hansen explains about the acceleration of Global Warming that is happening right now.

 

This acceleration of Global Warming is setting the stage for a tribulation like no other. Expect to see global temperatures to continue rising and the very likelihood that the sea ice melt will now accelerate to which will most likely lead to a AMOC shutdown.

Prof Rahmstorf recently did a keynote on this topic, he is PHD in Oceanographer and a Climatologist

Very sobering. Without our hope for the future, this would be catastrophic in consequences. When learned men  e.g. Prof Rahmstorf understand the rapidity with which the tipping point is approaching and the consequences, how do they deal with the human failure to respond and in some cases, fail to admit that it is even occurring? It‘s a sad dilemma for them it would seem when their life’s work is so invested in it.
