What to do in lockdown.

My effort for today, Moroccan chicken with home made preserved lemons. I could get used to staying at home! I'm enjoying this time of rest. Always plenty to do, personal study, students over the phone or on Skype, cooking etc. I'm starting a little project that I never seemed to have time for, I'm using this time to transfer my many notes into a new bible. Been meaning to do this for ages. We're having a practice session with zoom tomorrow night, let's hope it goes smoothly. Isn't a community like ours here on our forum a real delight in this darkening world?!!! May Jehovah have his hand over us all.

Since there is plenty of downtime in my household I've been trying different/new flavors for a refreshing snack.  As soon as I can find all the ingredients at my local market I'll be making this for an afternoon refresher.
