A house divided ...

I was driving into town yesterday. I took this picture just past the traffic light not far from my home

 

 few things to note:

• Many of these signs are for different candidates running for the same office
• All these signs are illegal since they are in the "road right-of-way"
• None of these signs were there last week!

 

This is the same section of road from the other direction

 

That's right - this is a church.

 

This is the church for a small unincorporated community of about 300 people. I has been here for over 100 years and many of those who live in this community are related and attend this church. It is obvious by the signs that they they are deeply involved in the politics of this system instead of God's Kingdom - and, that they are not in agreement with each other.

 

I noticed a new sign there today - they are also a polling place for the elections.

 

 

 

I'm sure glad our KH's don't look like this!
