I finally called the Branch and they were already aware of the problem but the person I spoke with had no idea when it would be resolved.  But I was glad to know they were aware of it so now I'll just wait on Jehovah to take care of it in His own due time. 

The choices I make will dictate the life I live...🌼

This message is for @Luisabola.  My family is having the same exact issues with the videos playing simultaneously.  One in the background and the other full video.  You posted that an update helped. How did you do this update?  I can't find an update to perform. Are there instructions someplace?
