For anyone expert on the Hourglass App.  A sister recently had her records sent to our congregation via the Hourglass TRANSFER portal.  Her entire record came, but her phone app apparently cannot accept the invitation to join our congregation. I am the secretary, but not a techie, and no-one I've asked has a clue.  Any ideas ?

Brother Larry, maybe you can contact Br. Enrique @luisenriquereyes and see if he can help.

Daydream -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

Has the sister completely removed uninstalled the Hourglass phone app? If not have her do so then reinstall the app. Then send her a new invitation.

 Thanks for the tips Bros

Actually the problem was that instead of trying to accept the invitation on her phone where her original link was stored, she tried to open it on her laptop with a new app she had downloaded there.  She just needed to accept the invitation on her phone.  So tuck that one away for future solutions.

Hi

I know nothing about this software. Congregations around me use it, but do not have answers that agree with direction, as I understand it. (If it would not go on the information board, it should not be stored, online)

Does this system store congregation confidential information (Service Reports, contact information, etc) online, or on my PC?
