Shootings in Modesto, CA a witness?

This is a confusing video. The person talking seems to be holding a tract and there are magazines on the curb at the end of the video. Not sure if this person was a Witness or an interested person.

Also, I am told that the Locksmith that was shot and killed along with a Sheriffs deputy also in Modesto was a brother, but I can't confirm it in print yet as they are still withholding his identity.

I think I remember that video from a few years ago, it seems to be about 4 years old. Very sad, though.

I found the first video I posted the link to when I was searching for a story about the Locksmith who was shot along with the Sheriff's deputy while serving an eviction notice. That happened yesterday.

I didn't realize the first video I linked to it was an older video!
