Dear friend, dear brother.

Recently, at the 2021 "Powerful by Faith" Congress, we were reminded of the importance of looking closely at the book of creation in order to learn more about Jehovah's qualities. But, if you think about it, you can learn many things by carefully observing nature. And not only about Jehovah but also about ourselves and our brothers. For instance.

Have you ever seen a duck perched on the water? The waves come and go but the duck remains calm in its balance on the water. What we do not see is that the legs under water are moving frantically as if paddling to maintain their position!

Have you ever observed brothers and sisters sitting silently next to each other during our zoom meetings? At first glance, everything seems fine. What is not seen is their daily struggle to stay afloat in the face of the difficulties they face on a daily basis, while striving to remain faithful. Health and financial problems, death of a loved one due to their own illness or the consequences of this pandemic, among others. But how encouraging it is to see these brothers being steadfast, courageous, zealous!

What does it teach me? Their emotional stability is not always synonymous with a lack of difficulty. They simply learned to stay balanced in the midst of the turbulent waters by using their spiritual strength to put the best face on a bad situation. So let us never forget to love each one of them, to forgive them when they fail with us, to show them on every occasion the love that never fails. It is this love that will allow a dear fellow to continue to wiggle his limbs hidden under the surface of the water that will allow him to stay afloat and to manifest the joy that will make him strong, in spite of everything - (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8)
