JW Library compatibility with Windows 11

Hi brothers and sisters,

 

Hope everyone is staying safe during these times.

 

I've ran into a small problem tonight.  I thought I was installing a Windows update, turns out it was Windows 11!  As part of the sound team, I did a quick test of Zoom (which is working fine) and the Library app.  Seem to be having a glitch with the library, anything already downloaded works fine, but when I try to download updates or any new publications / videos it gives the message "Installation Failed JW Library cannot install this publication.  Please download and install it again"  Has anyone came across this issue before?

I had no trouble.  I've got Windows 11.  I've got the Insider's Preview. I just downloaded a publication and a video with no issues.

No issue here either. 
Somewhere on this forum is info on not being able to download books etc in jwlibrary. I don’t have time to go looking for now.

Thanks brothers.  I uninstalled the library and reinstalled it.  Seems to have cleared the issue.  Not sure if it was a permissions problem maybe?  Anyway, all sorted now.
