Chromebook JW Library Issue

I have a chromebook with the JW Library app on it. I went to open the app yesterday and it would not open. It popped up briefly, acted like it would load for a second and then quit. Repeated attempts have produced the same result, including restarting the chromebook. My question is, is there any way to recover the study notes? My last personal study note backup was in October, several months ago and I kept forgetting to make a new one. I dug around in the app files but couldn't find anything regarding the personal study notes specifically. I figured that I would appeal to anyone who is more tech minded and see if they knew how to get to the app files and specifically the study notes.

Can't help specifically with study notes and I have not tried it on my chromebook yet (its in the car), but on an Android phone you can go to Settings, Apps, JWLibrary and then force stop and then clear cache. That might help with restarting it. Clearing cache will not delete the study notes.

Help, my Aser Chromebook JW Library won't open correctly.  I says from the Google Play that it is being downloaded to a mobile device so I am not able to view or download anything except what I see on the main page.  Does anyone else have this problem?
