Research Guide won't update

I also had numerous problem updating the Research Guide. But as always, using thr jwpub file directly from jw.org is the most errorless way to download and update files on JW Library.

 

You can try download the Research Guide (rsg19_E) directly here and see if it solves the problem.

Interestingly, the date of update is listed as June 8, 2022.

Same as mine. The file is time-stamped June 7, 2022. It won't install though, saying I already have a current or newer version installed. Either way, I don't see any "expanded list of references where scriptures have been explained" in it, as the article says.

Good. Research Guide finally got updated in my tablet. Now I can see references to articles from the 1960s and before!
