Problem highlighting with JW Library app on Android

Since the last update in July (?) I have had problems underlining in my JW Library app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 tablet. The tablet has a pen (called the "S pen"). When I use the pen to highlight, I hold my pen on a word and drag it sideways as usual. However, instead of highlighting the sentence, it will turn the page. When I use my finger, it will highlight normally. But I love using my pen. I tried resetting the device and resetting the pen. The pen seems to work normally with other apps.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi. I'm having the same problem.  I have to use my finger.  My stylus quit working with the last update.

Version 13.2 for Android had that problem with pens. Yesterday I installed a new update, 13.2.1, which specifically says "Fixed an issue that prevented pens from highlighting text on Android."

 

Please install the update and see if it's corrected.

Yes, I was so happy to see that update.. the pen issue was driving me bonkers. It worked using my finger.

 

Works beautifully with the pen, now! 😊
