The Daily Mail has a report about the ebola situation in Uganda.  The picture shows three people in full hazmat gear standing right in front of a Kingdom Hall .

It looks like a newer Kingdom Hall in good condition.  For some reason, there isn't a JW.ORG sign though.   Can someone post the image?

Not sure why there is no JW.ORG sign.

Because of the internet penetration rate/usage in Uganda?

It appears that 70% of the population is 'offline' ... displaying a big jw.org sign on the building in some areas maybe viewed as being somewhat ostentatious, and therefore perhaps a hindrance to the preaching work?

Which KH is it? Maybe one of the following??

I say the second KH judging by its roof design and the size of the KH, as it seems to be more of a rural area, whereas the first KH is in a more urban flatter area. Or it can be neither of these.
