Personal JW Library video playback

In the last couple of days, several publishers have asked me about the video playback on their tablets or phones.  I think they are all Apple devices.  I just tried it on my Ipad and Iphone  and the same thing happens.

 

If you are studying for a midweek meeting or on a Bible Study in the Enjoy Life forever book and there is a video to play, you click on the "Play" arrow and the scrren displays a small square (with a thumbnail) and starts playing the audio.  There is no moving picture.

 

I have played with it for a while and my wife tried letting it play to the end, then going back and re-launching the video and it works.

 

Has anyone seen this or found a solution?

It doesnt happen on my iPhone. Video plays as usual. Do all the devices you mentioned have the latest JW Library and operating system?

Updated all Apple devices to 16.2 today.  All JW Library versions are 13.3

 

I didn't notice the problem because I generally use my desktop PC and a  HP tablet using Windows.  I received a call yesterday from a pioneer on a Bible Study.  I then talked to her husband (our COBE).  Then I checked with another publisher.  All had the same problem.  I worked with my wife, who has Iphone and an Ipad.  I check my own Apple tablet and phone.  That is when my wife found the "work-around" by scrolling through the video and then restarting it.  The pioneer sister tried the small picture in a picture for the video.  Then tried re-expanding the video and it still did not play correctly.

 

It seems to be limited to the Apple devices.  It works OK on my Android phone.
